- A consumer is a natural person who buys a product to satisfy individual needs, and not to perform professional activities.

Instructions for online shopping
When visiting the section of the website called “Shop”, you can choose the product of your choice. By clicking on the product, you enter the product. By clicking on “Add to cart”,
By clicking on the “Basket” button, you will be shown the contents of the basket and what is currently in the basket. Click on the “Continue” button, the order form will be displayed. Fill out the form and
click the “Continue” button. You will see the order details page. Check and confirm the order details. Then click the “I confirm order” button to place the order;
Your purchase order has been successfully created. If the ordered goods are available and ready for the implementation of our cooperation, our operator will contact you within a period of no longer than one working day from the moment of receipt of the order to check the correctness of your data and confirm the order. When the operator confirms the purchase, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, along with a PDF. On the Kekovic Estate website, it is possible to shop as a guest, i.e. without registration. In order to be able to use the services of the Kekovic Estate online store, you must be 18 years of age.
Prices
All prices listed on the website are final on the day of the order and include VAT. All prices are given in euros.
After completing the order on the website, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order. This e-mail contains your data, which you left when ordering. Only after Kekovic Estate has sent the confirmation to the consumer’s email, the sales contract is considered concluded. In the event that we are unable to confirm the order and conclude the contract, you will be notified.
Statement of conversion
All payments will be made in the local currency EUR.
The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency.
Product description
Kekovic Estate strives to describe all products as accurately as possible. Also, Kekovic Estate does not guarantee that all the information regarding the product or the images are 100% accurate, complete, reliable and error-free. If the product you bought deviates from the data listed on the website, you can return it in unused condition with the complete documentation that you received with it within 15 days from the day the product was delivered, and we will refund your money.
Kekovic Estate uses the Pantheon system to match available inventory and current sales. If there are some errors in the system, it may happen that a product that is unavailable is displayed as available. In this case, Kekovic Estate will offer you the option of exchanging the product or choosing to return the money, along with the return of the product. The exact state of stock, i.e. availability, can be determined either by calling +38267162162.
Delivery
The products you order via the Internet can be delivered through courier services with which Kekovic Estate cooperates, and you pay for them when you pick them up in cash or when you order via account or payment card via the Internet: MAESTRO, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTER CARD.
For all orders whose value is less than 50 EUR, delivery is made via courier service; delivery costs are borne by the customer and they amount to 3.5 EUR. For orders whose value is equal to or greater than 50 EUR, delivery is free.
On the product page, to the left of the price, the condition of the product is clearly indicated. If the product is available for purchase, possible markings are “In Stock”. The ordered product/products that at the time of ordering were marked “In stock” will be delivered to you in a predefined period (see the table below). Products marked “Unavailable” are not available for ordering until further notice. Along with the notification, the customer will also receive a contract on distance sales, a contract withdrawal form and the customer’s rights and obligations by e-mail.

If there are extraordinary circumstances that completely prevent delivery, you will be notified via the contact information you provided when ordering the product.
The consumer does not have the right to delay the execution of the delivery for longer than 15 calendar days from the date of the order, i.e. 1 time without compensation. If the delivery is delayed longer than the stated deadline, or if Kekovic Estate stores the products, the Consumer is obliged to pay a fee of EUR 1 per day for each individual piece of product that is kept.
When receiving the product delivered by the courier service, the Consumer can, together with the persons who deliver the product, unpack and visually inspect it in detail to make sure there is no physical damage. If there is physical damage, the Consumer has the right to refuse to accept the product.

Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance, i.e. outside the business premises, within 15 days from the delivery of the ordered product, without giving reasons.
The consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by making a statement on a special form for withdrawal from the contract, requesting it from the company by contacting the e-mail address sales@kekovicestate.me
NOTE : This right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to purchases in the building, since it is not a purchase at a distance and outside the business premises. The consumer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 15 days from the day he sent the cancellation form. After the expiration of 15 days from the day he sent the withdrawal form, the product can no longer be returned and the request to withdraw from the contract is cancelled. The costs of returning the goods in case of cancellation are borne by the consumer. The goods are returned to the address specified on the cancellation form.
It is possible to return only products that are undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documentation.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. If it is established that the product is defective or damaged due to the buyer’s fault to such an extent that the product can no longer be sold, the refund will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense.
In the event of a legal withdrawal from the contract, the seller is obliged to return to the buyer the amount paid by the buyer based on the contract without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day he received the withdrawal form. The Seller can delay the refund until he receives the goods to be returned, or until the buyer provides proof that he has sent the goods to the Seller, whichever comes first.
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards online, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Kekovic Estate is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods , which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user’s account at the seller’s request. In case of cash payment, the cash is also returned to the consumer.

Privacy protection of personal data of site users is of the greatest importance for our company. All activities on the Internet that are related to Kekovic Estate are aligned with the regulations of the state of Montenegro, and also follow the intent of the GDPR.
Personal data are those data that reveal your identity, for example your first and last name, address, phone number or e-mail.
Kekovic Estate collects different types of personal data depending on the services we provide to our customers, as well as the types of contracts we conclude.

We process the aforementioned data for the purpose of concluding and executing a contract with you, as well as for the purpose of complying with legal obligations.
Kekovic Estate especially takes care that your personal data is not given to unauthorized persons. That is why, within our company, access to the data that you have made available to us is only available to those sectors, i.e. those employees who need it to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and whose job description includes the processing of personal data .
In addition to our employees, in order to provide certain services, we may transfer your data to third parties who provide services on behalf of Kekovic Estate (eg courier services, complaints service, IT partners who maintain the website/mobile application).
In all these cases, our relationship with external parties and the way of protection and handling of your personal data have been secured by contracts in accordance with the Law.
